ZETTERER machines parts up to 4.000 kg in weight and 2.400 x 1.100 x 900 mm in size 3-axis, as well as parts 1.200 x 1.200 x 800 mm from all 5 sides. 5-axis simultaneous machining is possible for parts of 1.100 mm diameter and 1.600 kg weight. Thanks to integrated shuttle tables and large tool changers with up to 120 places in the machining centers, economical machining of series is possible.

With a high-precision and efficient machine park, ZETTERER takes over your wire erosion work as a job order or complete production. Adherence to delivery dates is our top priority!

For the production of complex contours, as well as the machining of demanding machinable materials, ZETTERER offers die-sinking EDM as a full service. Deadlines are met even for particularly critical requirements.

For quality assurance, we at ZETTERER rely on state-of-the-art CNC measuring technology in fully air-conditioned measuring rooms. Our measuring stations are suitable for almost any workpiece.

At ZETTERER, we use deep drilling in mold making in order to be able to produce the best cooling systems. We also apply this expert knowledge to the contract manufacturing of your workpieces.
